In case a payment is successful but the booking cannot be confirmed, PuranTrip will initiate the applicable refund process in accordance with the relevant booking and payment conditions.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Any applicable cancellation charges, supplier charges, service fees and convenience fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
