PuranTrip.com – Terms & Conditions

1. General

PuranTrip.com (“PuranTrip”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a travel brand operated by LUCKY BORANA, a Proprietorship business registered in Karnataka.

PuranTrip is the brand / additional trade name under which travel-related services are provided to customers and travel partners across India.

By accessing or using PuranTrip.com and its services, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

PuranTrip provides travel-related services including Domestic & International Flight Bookings, Hotel Bookings, Bus Ticket Bookings, Holiday Packages and Forex Services.

2. Flight Bookings

Flight bookings made through PuranTrip are subject to the terms, conditions, fare rules, availability and cancellation policies of the respective airline and applicable travel supplier.

Once a booking is confirmed, the applicable airline fare rules and cancellation charges will apply.

PuranTrip may charge applicable service fees, convenience fees, booking fees, processing fees or other applicable charges. The applicable charges may vary depending on the booking, service, promotional offer, payment method and other applicable conditions.

3. Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective hotel or accommodation provider.

Cancellation, modification and refund conditions may vary depending on the hotel booking, selected rate plan and applicable booking conditions.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation and booking conditions before confirming a reservation.

4. Bus Bookings

Bus ticket bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, schedules and cancellation policies of the respective bus operator or service provider.

Any cancellation, amendment or refund will be processed according to the applicable operator's policy and applicable PuranTrip charges.

5. Holiday Packages

Holiday packages are subject to availability and the specific terms communicated for the selected package.

Cancellation, modification and refund conditions may vary depending on the package, supplier and service providers involved.

Applicable supplier charges and PuranTrip service charges may apply.

6. Pricing, Service Charges and Payment

All prices displayed on PuranTrip.com are subject to availability and may change before the booking is confirmed.

The final payable amount will be displayed before completion of the transaction, where applicable.

PuranTrip may charge applicable Service Fees, Convenience Fees, Booking Fees, Processing Fees, Cancellation Handling Fees, Amendment/Rescheduling Fees and other applicable charges.

The applicable charges may vary from booking to booking and from time to time depending on the type of service, booking value, supplier, payment method, promotional offer, cancellation or amendment request and other applicable factors.

There is no single fixed charge applicable to all bookings, except where a specific charge is expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions or the applicable booking conditions.

The actual applicable charges for a particular transaction will be displayed or communicated to the customer before completion of the relevant transaction, wherever applicable.

Payments may be processed through authorized payment gateway partners and other approved payment methods.

PuranTrip does not store complete card, banking or payment credentials on its website unless permitted and required for the provision of the relevant service.

7. PuranTrip Cancellation Handling Fee

For cancellation of a confirmed booking, PuranTrip will charge a Cancellation Handling Fee of ?499 per passenger.

The ?499 per passenger PuranTrip Cancellation Handling Fee is in addition to any applicable:

• Airline cancellation charges or penalties;

• Hotel, bus operator, holiday package or other supplier cancellation charges;

• PuranTrip service fees or convenience fees, where applicable;

• Payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable;

• Applicable taxes or other statutory charges;

• Promotional discounts, instant savings, coupon benefits or other offer adjustments; and

• Any other applicable or permitted deductions.

The ?499 per passenger PuranTrip Cancellation Handling Fee is generally non-refundable once the cancellation request has been processed, unless PuranTrip determines otherwise or a refund is required under applicable law.

Example

For a cancellation involving two passengers:

PuranTrip Cancellation Handling Fee = ?499 × 2 = ?998

Applicable airline/supplier charges and other permitted deductions may be additional.

The final refundable amount will be determined after applying all applicable charges and deductions.

8. Amendment and Rescheduling

For an approved amendment, date change, rescheduling or other permitted modification, PuranTrip may charge an applicable amendment or rescheduling fee.

The applicable amount may vary depending on the booking, service provider, availability, fare/rate difference, amendment type and other applicable conditions.

In addition to PuranTrip charges, the customer may be required to pay applicable charges imposed by the airline, hotel, bus operator or other service provider, together with any fare or rate difference and applicable taxes.

PuranTrip does not guarantee that a requested amendment or rescheduling will be permitted by the relevant service provider.

9. Promotional Offers, Discounts and Coupons

PuranTrip may provide promotional discounts, instant savings, coupon discounts, cashback, promotional fares or other promotional benefits from time to time.

Promotional offers may have specific eligibility criteria and conditions.

Promotional discounts and offer benefits are conditional benefits and are not separately refundable in cash.

If a booking is cancelled fully or partially, the promotional discount, instant saving, coupon benefit, cashback or other promotional benefit may become void, may be reversed or may be deducted/adjusted from the eligible refund according to the applicable offer terms.

If cancellation or amendment causes the booking to no longer qualify for the original promotional offer, PuranTrip may recalculate the applicable benefit and adjust the refund accordingly.

10. Booking Confirmation

A booking will be considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from PuranTrip or the relevant travel supplier.

In case a payment is successful but the booking cannot be confirmed, PuranTrip will review the transaction and initiate the applicable refund process in accordance with the relevant booking, supplier and payment conditions, where applicable.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable airline, hotel, bus operator, holiday package provider or other service provider.

Any applicable cancellation charges, supplier charges, PuranTrip charges, service fees, convenience fees and promotional offer adjustments may be deducted from the refundable amount.

The ?499 per passenger PuranTrip Cancellation Handling Fee will apply to cancellation of confirmed bookings as stated in Section 7.

Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment process.

12. Refund Calculation

Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount may be calculated after applying applicable charges and deductions.

Eligible Refund = Applicable Refund Amount – Supplier Charges – PuranTrip Charges – Promotional Discount/Offer Adjustment – Other Permitted Deductions

The amount originally paid by the customer does not necessarily represent the final refundable amount.

13. Final Determination of Cancellation and Refund

PuranTrip will review each cancellation, refund, amendment and charge-related request based on the booking details, applicable service-provider rules, fare/rate conditions, promotional offer terms and other relevant circumstances.

PuranTrip reserves the right to make the final determination regarding applicable PuranTrip charges and the amount payable or refundable to the customer, subject to the applicable service-provider terms and applicable laws and regulations.

Where a third-party service provider determines the refundable amount, PuranTrip will process the eligible amount received or approved from that provider after applying applicable PuranTrip charges and other permitted deductions.

Submission of a cancellation or refund request does not itself constitute approval of a refund.

14. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while making a booking.

Users must ensure that passenger names, contact details, travel dates, identification details and other booking information are correct before confirming the transaction.

PuranTrip shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

15. Travel Documents

Users are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, identification documents, visas, permits and other documents required for their journey.

For international travel, users should ensure compliance with applicable immigration, visa and entry requirements.

PuranTrip is not responsible for denial of boarding, entry or travel arising from incomplete, incorrect, expired or insufficient travel documents.

16. Service Availability

PuranTrip makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and availability; however, travel inventory, fares, schedules and availability may change without prior notice.

PuranTrip may depend on airlines, hotels, bus operators, suppliers and other third-party service providers for certain services.

17. Third-Party Service Providers

Certain travel services available through PuranTrip may be provided or fulfilled by third-party airlines, hotels, bus operators, travel suppliers or other service providers.

Such services are subject to the respective third party's terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation policies and other applicable requirements.

PuranTrip will facilitate the booking and applicable customer support, but the actual service may be provided by the relevant third-party service provider.

18. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the PuranTrip website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, introduce malicious code, conduct fraudulent activities or use the website for unlawful purposes.

PuranTrip reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse, fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms & Conditions is identified.

19. Intellectual Property

The content, branding, text, graphics, logos and other materials displayed on PuranTrip.com are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify or distribute website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

20. Limitation of Liability

PuranTrip will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable travel booking services.

However, PuranTrip is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service interruptions or other circumstances caused by airlines, hotels, bus operators, suppliers, government authorities, weather conditions, technical failures, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond PuranTrip's reasonable control.

21. Privacy

The collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy available on PuranTrip.com.

By using PuranTrip services, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

22. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Refund and Cancellation Policy published on PuranTrip.com forms an important part of these Terms & Conditions.

In case of any cancellation or refund request, the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy, booking conditions, supplier rules and fare/rate conditions will apply.

23. Changes to Terms

PuranTrip may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices or applicable requirements.

By accessing or using PuranTrip.com, registering an account, making a booking or using any PuranTrip service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and other applicable booking conditions.

All bookings and services remain subject to availability, applicable supplier rules, fare/rate conditions, cancellation policies and applicable laws and regulations.
